DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?

There are a lot of variables, however, please take a look at our Cost Calculator to give you an idea of pricing. You are also welcome to get in contact with a rough idea of requirements and quantities and we will get back to you with a costing. For instance, 60 day invitations, 20 evening invitations, 80 RSVPs, 80 information cards & 80 bands.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD WE ORDER?

Remember that you will need to take into account the number of households as opposed to the number of guests. You may be inviting 100 people but within that number there will be couples and/or families. Obviously, this is different from person to person but I would say the quanity you order is roughly 65% of your number of guests. So if you have 100 guests, you will need 65 invitations. I recommend that you err on the side of caution with quantities as, while you are able to order extra copies at a later date, this does incur an additional printing charge.

WHAT'S THE BENEFIT OF A CONSULTATION?

First & foremost, it's really lovely to actually sit down, face to face and discuss your wedding day plans. I remember going for meetings with my florist & cake baker and it was such a fun part of planning.

Secondly, you will be surprised at how much there is to discuss. I tend to begin discussing the overall design including any colours, design features & layout.

Next, tends to be which fonts to use for things like your names and headers as well as fonts for finer details and information.

There is also wording to consider, who are the invitations coming from? Do you want traditional, modern or querky wording?! If you are including information cards, what wording will you choose to tell your guests about children and/or gifts? I have a booklet full of wording options to help.

Finally, it's great to disucss ideas in persons of things you may want or need for the day and ask for any advice.

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS THAT AREN'T IN PERSON?

Of course, we can either have a chat over the phone or, I am able to do Facetime or Skype consultations. They are probably the next best thing as at least we can discuss fonts, colours and overall design in a visual way.

CAN YOU INCLUDE MY EXACT COLOURS IN THE DESIGN?

Of course, that is no problem at all. I recommend using www.color-hex.com to search for the exact colour that you are after. The website witl give you a 6 digit code made up of numbers and letters corresponding to that specific colour. You can then send us across this code and that is the colour that we will use.

WHY ARE THE POCKETFOLDS INVITATIONS MORE EXPENSIVE?

There are three reasons for this. The first and second being that there is more printing and more artwork involved. This means more of our time as well as a higher printing cost.

The third reason, and arguably the main one, is that each pocketfold invitation is hand prepared, taking around 7 minutes to make each one. So just 10 invitations is 70 minutes.

CAN I PERSONALISE MY ITEMS WITH GUESTS' NAMES?

Yes, absolutely, you guests' names can be printed on almost any of our products, as long as the item is A5 in size or smaller.

Unfortunately, this means that we are currently unable to print guests' names on the pocketfold invitations as these are printed on large sheets. An option we can do is, to personalise the bands that go around the pocketfold invitations.

For this personalisation service, there is a £25 setup fee plus 30p per unit.

ARE THERE DELIVERY COSTS?

There are postage and packaging costs, which start at £4.30.

Obviously, it depends on the size of your order, but to give you a rough idea, 50 A6 invitation packs would be £9.95

Or, if you live locally, you are welcome to collect from me, KT7, at no extra charge. I tend to recommend this (where possible) for the on-the-day stationery, especially if these are ordered close to the Wedding date.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Not at all, you can order as many or as few as you like. The unit price, obviously, reduces with the more units that you order and I do recommend ordering at least a couple of extra units to account for things such as last minute additions to the guest list or if you make a mistake when addressing one.
